Keep in mind, I am a designer, not a factory. I reserve the right to refuse custom order requests for designs that go against my personal beliefs (violence, misogyny, racism, anti-LGBTQ sentiment, guns, hate of any kind... #forgettaboutit!)

100 pieces minimum on custom work. 

75.00 of the total cost is non refundable (due to people not paying for work they've requested)

Returns & exchanges

I gladly accept exchanges and cancellations if you contact me within 14 days of delivery.
If you require an exchange, you must ship items back within 14 days of delivery.
You can request a cancellation within 2 days of purchase for a full refund.
I don't accept returns, but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
Once I print your shipping label and drop your order off at the post, I am no longer responsible for what happens to the order. I do not work at the post office and have no control over what those crazy mofo's they do over there.
If I can't track your package, then I will assume it has been delivered. If you haven't received your package from the post, please check with them first! I will provide tracking information for all orders.
Because of the nature of custom or personalized items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns or exchanges. I also cannot give you a refund because you decide you don't like it after a couple days. Think long and hard before you press the "buy now" button.

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Do you ship internationally?

YES! I do, but you are responsible for all taxes and any additional fees.

What shipping service do you use?

I use USPS First Class for Domestic orders and USPS First Class International.

Where's my stuff??

If you place an order that contains a pre-order item, then your entire package will ship once the new pins arrive in my hand. I do this for two reasons: financial + environmental.
If you don't have a pre-order item in your order, please check your tracking number. It normally take about 1-4 days to drop your order off at the post once your label has been printed + the actual delivery time.
Pre-order items normally take about a month to ship, depending on where I'm at in the manufacturing process. I frequently update my instagram, so follow along for that info @OGHMC or my personal account @Holly_with_a_why
If you are international, please check your tracking number! I cannot track your package once it has left the country, until it gets to your country and is scanned in over there. International orders take time, and sometimes it's a LONG time. Patience is a virtue <3

What happens if my order is returned to you?

I can either give you a refund for the order (not including shipping cost) or I can reship your pins. Depending on the reason it was returned, you may or may not have to pay additional shipping charges if you'd like me to try re-shipping. Sometime's it's the post office's fault for not scanning in packages. Sometimes the address isn't good. This will be addressed on a case by case basis.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
